INGREDIENTS:
* 4 whole eggs (substitute with 8 egg whites)
* Salt to taste
* Pinch of crushed black pepper
* 1 tsp room temperature water (substitute with whole or skimmed milk)
* Pinch of vegetable bouillon
* 1 tomato sliced into 1/2 cm thick rings
* 5 small white mushrooms treated same as tomato
* About 10 tender baby spinach
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
