I was able to take in the information whilst your voice also induces sleep and for an insomniac like me this helped, Thank you, I'll be ordering chlorella as I gather that's more affective for weight loss and whilst I can testify that Spirulina certainly helps to suppress the appetite, Chlorella's affect sounds interesting to me, have got to try it.

Was introduced to both products by my chiro 2004. Love them both. Use them both especially when traveling. Plus helpful for gut repair as in H-Pylori. Thanks for your video.

I like to use them both in green smoothies with miso, lemon or lime juice, ginger, garlic, spirulina, chorella, kimchi or other fermented veg. Kifire and or avacado for creamyness, frozen spinach, coriander(optional). Season with curry seasoning or chilli. AlsoI use both with overnight soaked chia porridge gently warmed in butter or healthy oil. I sandwich them with healthy margerine or butter between thin cirn or rice cakes. This is a great not messy way to give rhem to children.

haha, thank you for noticing! It could potentially bind to iron, but it also is a pretty good source of iron itself, so you'd most likely be coming out at a net positive. Anemic individuals often find chlorella to be helpful.

I don't have a definitive chlorella recommendation currently. But for spirulina, I'd recommend Nutrex Hawaii (no affiliation with them, they don't even know I exist lol).

There is too much fraud in the marketing of spirulina so I'll stick with chlorella for now, but thanks anyway.
