Thank you very much for your videos. I just started beaver trapping for the first time. I live in south west Manitoba and have beaver damming up water on a farm field. I bought 2 Bridger 330 and tried my luck. 2 days later I caught my first beaver ever. A huge female that weighed over 50 lbs. 2 days later I caught a huge male. So now I’m hooked. Thanks for your very informative videos for first time beaver trappers. Caster mound sets really work awesome. Darren.

Awesome video. I miss trapping season so I have to get my fix by watching you trap. Thanks for sharing

Great catches !! If you think there's a way , I'd really like to see the sets better.. The chest cam might be a good way to go for most of the vid , but once you kneel down I get either your feet or the ground.. You do so many good tips without ever knowing you're doing them.. Getting to see the entire set would be a good thing... If it's too hard to do , OK I get it. I'm just wanting to see and learn all I can.. You do a great job on site , don't want to miss anything.

Good footage on the game camera. Nice catches. I have to admit though I'm not a fan of the d rings on the bridgers. I find they wobble in clay and i have to add some sod to the bottom (extra work). Think I'll be adding some wire to my 330s though, nice tip. 👍😁. Keep up the good work.

Great job trapping. Just got three biggins out of a pond. Did a vid on it on my channel. Got one on a drowning set and other two on 330’s. All on castor mounds.

Thank you for making these videos. Question...what length and diameter rods do you prefer making? Also...it looked liked you had a flat piece of steel welded about a foot up on the end of the rod that you jam down into the deeper water. Could you share what you welded there? Again...thanks for making these videos. They've helped me become a better beaver trapper.

I use 10ft 1/2" rebar. The piece at the bottom it flat iron. Its welded on sonthe trap can't slide off.

Great video. Love spring beaver trapping. Just pulled my traps yesterday. I cannot stress how effective footholds/rebar set is. I use a MB 750 trap. Usually 100 % success providing water depth is sufficient. What trail cam are u using?

@@330Maniac to bad you're not in Wisconsin. Id hire you to get rid of the beaver's in my sanctuary. There are alot of em but 2 of em are 60+ lbs. I have to get rid of em soon before they flood my sanctuary and the deer no longer use it.
