Hi Rob and Chris I got so excited about this video and I feel you could have a great second channel like salvage rebuilds classic, Robs HA vivas to someone my age 46 reminds me so much of my Dads ex GPO vans and car Getting up and push starting it at 06:00am 😂 And when I saw the Cadillac the child came back out in me A guy on our estate in London had one 1990 I’d never seen something so beautiful And that’s why you need a second channel You bring back memories and they are always happy. Me and my mates Love your Channel Cheers Rob and Chris and the mower 🤣🤣

Rob and Chris what a brilliant idea starting a new channel on restoring and repairing lawnmowers and other jobs. I watched your video on that diesel generator that you both restored and that generated a lot of interest and it’s a different thing compared to the cars. Definitely do it
@atvseatexchange21762 жыл бұрын
Love American Iron, outside of watching your channel and European Truck Racing, thats all I've known. One stop shopping is fine for me, some days I work at a ranch, others at an ATV Repair Shop, and at night I recover ATV seats, walk dogs and feed other horses, all on my one life channel. Keep up the great work.

Rob & Chris: I personally think you both have enough to do, and contend with in dealing with one channel. My fear is that SRUK may become less of what it is now if you gentlemen are stretched so much by having a second channel. You keep us all engaged with your multiple videos throughout the week, and I, for one, would not want you to get burnt out and become disillusioned with what you do, and then want to quit, because you are doing way too much. I believe that having balance in life is most important. If you're having fun, and love what you're doing now, then don't mess with that. Many subscribers and followers will always want more, to the point where there is nothing left of you. It is you who has to decide what works and what you are comfortable with.

Thumbs up for new input, whichever way you do it. Caddy will be a money pit, just not seeing doors, boot lid, bonnet, or rear screen not forgetting the bumpers which will cost a fortune to source and eventually re-chroming will not come cheap. Parts even being shipped to the UK will be expensive. It sounds all negative, I would love to see you restore the car, had the chance to drive the soft top version, what a car! Logically I think it will be a millstone around your necks.

A second channel for the odds 'n sods. Great idea. Keep this one as-is. It's your niche in a crowded KZbin world.
@davezipman89592 жыл бұрын
I completely don't mind! If I ever didn't want to watch some content you guys put out then I just don't open it - the choice is mine. I don't know enough about KZbin and how it runs to know if a second channel is going to be a lot of work or not , but it must be some extra work and I suppose I can't see an advantage to doing it. Ultimately, whatever you do there will always be those who think you should be doing it their way - but its your channel, do it your way!

Hi there. I've followed salvage rebuilds from pretty much the very beginning, super how you've grown the Channel. I think the diversity of Salvage rebuilds is what I like the most. you tube is saturated with dedicated automotive channels etc and that is what makes you guys different. ordinarily I would never be interested in half the stuff you put out but it is something about the challenge that you take on that makes your channel essential viewing. cheers
@rustysparks86452 жыл бұрын
Rob, probably best to have a new sister channel to SALVAGE REBUILDS UK, maybe SPECIAL RESTORATIONS UK for the classic cars, vans, workshop, mowers, etc. The end of year Scrap Weigh-In video could be on both. Good luck with making the descision. 👍👍
@nickhelm24202 жыл бұрын
Hi Chris & Rob I like many other subscribers enjoy all of the content whatever the subject . I seriously think the best route is carry on as you are. You can always put a "short" out to advertise an upcoming "Sunday video " whatever the subject matter is . The Cadillac is a great prospect undoubtedly, but as you say remains to be seen if it comes your way.
