Join me for a 30 minute standing pilates cardio workout. This will help you lose weight, gain muscle tone and improve your cardiovascular health. Safe for the joints as no jumping, this session is a fun workout targeting the whole body to boost your metabolism and give you a really good full body pilates workout. It will be a challenge so be prepared to get a little sweaty!

Hi: I follow your your exercises all the time! I never saw this cardio video, it’s the best!! Could you repeat your Blog again. 2.5 years ago I had brain surgery. I did “VERY” well. I have the trauma. After surgery side effects. Well, I’m not going to be afraid. I have done ballet when younger and a runner all the time. I really want to hear about your diet. I am 77 and will keep going!! Love You!! I’m a 77 year old lady, Because I get a lot of mail “Mr”. I love all your videos

Hello Rachael My, my such a wonderful and energetic workout. I wasn't there on Friday but I did it on Tuesday night. Sweating for so and feeling quite hot at the finish. I love it and was squeezing my boom when I could. My breathing is constant, even if you don't remember to say so while demonstrating. I keep it going. It feels like if I was in a gymn working out. Love it, love it. Thank you Rachael and will do it again.

I'm sooo thankful you keep your work outs "real"! It's a joy to do your classes and to know we all get out of breath and lose our balance at times. Keep doing what you do best - being real! Great information on breathing in and out through nose - going to practice that!

Hi! From Houston, Texas! I enjoy your workouts . I am 70 and I gave worked out regularly for 30 years and I have never felt more fit ! This is a great cardio workout. I was in fat burning zone for 70 percent and spent 2 minutes at peak of 150 bon. Average was 130 bpm. I notice that my heart rate stays up to 99 for about an hour afterwards still burning fat! My usual resting heart rate is 68 bpm. I believe regular exercise is the key to life! Keep motivating us!

Lovely class, thank you Rachel - I'm 75 but after a few goes can now do this without feeling I might peg out! Actually feel pretty good afterwards and if I haven't managed much physical activity during the day I do this at 6pm and it's a real tonic. 🙏☺

Felt the need for some cardio today, this is excellent, balance issues so I hold a chair for some bits, skip the pretzel stretches at end, just do hamstring , calf stretches the regular way, holding a chair. Great session, breaks a sweat!😊❤

Wow! Not doing this live, but brilliant workout. I’m not really a sweater, but the boxing did it, and was great fun. Still really struggle with any exercises that have any form of co ordination to them, but I blunder through. Thank you x

Excellent workout. I felt really good after this workout. I was surprised I was able to keep up for the most part. I really liked the no jumping and boxing at the end. Love the all standing workouts.

Good cardio session for a Tuesday- try and do strength sessions a couple days, cardio, flexibility, balance, a mix of everything over the week. Thanks for such an extensive library of choices to fit all of my fitness needs!😊❤

This class was at a perfect time for me in Australia but somehow I missed it live so I just caught up. Brilliant class and a great workout 🥵. I'm 77 and slowly getting back to my previous fitness after rotator cuff surgery. Standing Pilates is perfect as it doesn't put too much pressure on my shoulder. Thanks very much Rachel 🙏🏻😊

Thanks Rachel. I can do it all (almost!) but not the final stretch since knee replacement. Flexion still limited after 10 months and regular massage. I just stretched my calves out as best I could. Great session for weight loss!

I see tomorrow’s live Friday session looks like a mat session, so wanted to get a fun standing cardio workout in, this was perfect! That was terrific! Catching up on the last couple weeks videos, been taking it easy from post-Covid aftereffects (headaches). So glad I can have a low impact cardio workout, even with my ataxia and balance issues. Afraid I have to have one arm on a chair back or straight out to the sides at shoulder height for balance. Also, stretching at end is a little tricky, I ended up plopping back on to my bum!😂😂 but definitely worked up a sweat🥵, so thanks for that, and the very interesting chat.😤 your new regimen and finally getting a holiday obviously agrees with you, you’re glowing! (My grandmother’s euphemism for 😅 sweating!) 💪🏼🧡💛💚💙

Hi Rachel, this is very nice. Had to modify for the knees but was able to do the workout. Also loved the 45-minute workout as I am trying to reduce my belly as well. Would love to see a mat workout for strengthening the muscles as well. Thanks for all that you do. Will wear something purple for the exciting Jubilee next week! Love your outfit, so pretty.
