This standing stretch routine will help loosen tight muscles and release tension. Whether you are doing this on a rest and recovery day or at the end of a workout, it’s always important to take the time to stretch! This will help prevent injuries and pain caused from overworked, tense muscles.
For those who prefer not to get down onto the ground to stretch, this is a great alternative for a quick and simple standing flexibility routine. Although this is for the whole body, there is a greater emphasis on lower body stretches.
Although this workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt and Tone 30-Day series, it’s perfect as a solo standing stretch routine as well!
