So we meet again huh? Bootcamp #15 already!
Get ready for a 10-minute oblique workout! Get them Obliques burning! You don't need any equipment other than maybe a mat or anything else to lay on. A carpet will do as well :)
As always: form over reps! Aim for perfect form on every rep. If you can't do it, do an easier version or pause the video, or just simply rest a few seconds and then keep going again.
