So we meet again huh? Bootcamp #15 already!
Get ready for a 10-minute oblique workout! Get them Obliques burning! You don't need any equipment other than maybe a mat or anything else to lay on. A carpet will do as well :)
As always: form over reps! Aim for perfect form on every rep. If you can't do it, do an easier version or pause the video, or just simply rest a few seconds and then keep going again.

Thank you sooooo much for those recently posted 10min core workouts! They rock! Your last 14mun core workout stickied with me through every training, 3 times per week sometimes and brought me so much strength for climbing! I also showed your clips to loads of ppl in the climbing bubble. They rock!

Thanks for watching! ugh i am not sure if i am the right person for a neck workout haha. But my abs workout taxes the neck as well with all the banana holds etc. I will think of something but do not expect it very soon!

My wish for Christmas is to improve on a 40% level of her fitness.. Or, being honest, just waking up and being that fit out of the blue. I guess until then for all late beginners and daily struggles like me it's daily practice and trying it that way 🤣

I love that the strongest guys at the climbing gym can't do this. But I shouldmt brag until I am finally able to do more than 3 pull ups again and loose 4kg 😂

It would be more than just awesome and teaching if u could do videos or posts on your nutrition! It's obvious you work out most time of the day, but also for being/representing what is considered a "fitness body goal" or "body weight goal" for many young girls and women, that watch clips like this, it would be important to see and learn how to support your body with food. I think that there is so much body shaming, eating disorders, health blogs and pressure on women's body's, it would be very healthy also to see, that fitness and a body type like yours also include a healthy way of eating. So women especially who work out a lot (like im trying to on my own), can never know enough about how important it is, to know about ingeriendts, nutrition, food and eating habits. Maybe you'll find the time. Just so people know, that esp if u wanna grow strong and increase mussles performance, it's important not to slim yourself down in a unhealthy way

Hi Astrid, Basically i only drink water and i don't eat anything with added sugar. lot's of vegetables and carbs and fruit :) That's it. but i will do a "what i eat in a day" video :) there's a lot of lies out there about that i agree.. and people trying to sell you stuff that you absolutely don't need. i am not a nutritionist or scientist in that field though. i can just speak for myself and what works for me. my body tells me what he needs and what he doesn't like
