Took some time today to redo some of the trickier step tutorials. I've now been able to master the "transitional" move!:

@@CDornerFitness I got it like 2 Running Man step videos ago.🏃♂️. I was doing the running man and was so excited. Then next morning I woke up and I was the Arthritis Man 👨 I had sharp like pain in my knee that came and went for several days. Old sports iice skating injury came back to haunt me. Classmate pulled me down cause she couldn’t skate 🙃. The good news is I am better and willing to do the modification that you taught here. I have learned to respect the signals and be happy I’m still able to participate. Thanks for providing the count for the modification. I’ll always have my authentic running man memory 😂

@C and D Glasrud Thanks for the tip. I actually have very strong inner thigh quad muscles, but maybe I’m getting muscle wasting now that I’m in my early 60s. I’ll try to add some inner thigh exercises to my routines. I’m still convinced the fall I took on the ice With the girl landing all her body weight on me is the cause of this now and then knee pain that appears under stress. Back in the 70s when you fell and injured yourself you just got up and sucked it up. No fancy sports surgeries back then for average person.😂
