Fascinating... That 4th idea is a new one. Certainly interesting as a concept. White Diamond has some considerable potential to define the course of series' finale, and her personality will likely decide it. One idea I like is the idea that while Yellow and Blue are twisted and misguided (certainly possible given how poorly they've grieved), White is simply evil. I was thinking that, while Yellow & Blue could be redeemed, White could not. That Steven would have to shatter her, thus coming full circle in picking up his mother's mantle. Of course, we know how that's turned out... And then there's the theory I have that White was basically what was keeping Pink from just ordering her own colony to be dismantled. It could be that she was being strict yet motherly; pushing Pink towards her first colonisation, to reaching her potential as a diamond, and not letting her "give up" (i.e Let Pink leave Earth alone or just live as Rose). It could also be that, had Pink just left the picture, White would have ruthlessly torn the planet asunder; shattered the Crystal Gems and hollowed out the world. It could be that when Pink was talking to YD & BD in that flashback during that crappy Lazuli episode, she was trying to convince them to talk White down. Additionally, consider: if Yellow & Blue weren't involved with the planet (like Rose said to Pearl before the "shattering"), who created the Cluster?

Pied Bagpiper It's also entirely possible that WD knew about PD's plans the entire time. Her gemstone in on her forehead; she's probably got powers that involve the mind (like Peridot's metalkenisis) rather than the body. If she knew PD's plans, and that her "daughter"(creation?) wasn't fully disappearing, but instead taking her mantel in a way that *fit her*, then maybe she stepped back. Maybe she only got involved when it became clear that the Diamond Authority would *have* to get involved.

I like the third and fourth designs! 4 seems possible for a gem that is supposed to be perfect. I like that 3 looked like the White Diamond in your other videos. What if the third design’s personality had a mixture of 3 and 2’s personality? Or 2’s personality in its entirety? Or if the fourth design had 3’s personality? Or 2’s? Just think of the wonderful possibilities!

My headcanon is that she would have 1:07 Design and that she has the same personality and attitude as President Coin from Hunger Games. A true villain. Like she's very manipulative, calculating and can trick you into doing things you don't want to be doing but she's calm and reserved on the outside. Like a two-faced scheming gem like Pink Diamond but worse. It's really boring to just see a character with unecessary rage just for the sake of being tyrannical for White Diamond (Which I think most people thought of her as) She is power hungry, has high cases of machiavellianism, and will do whatever it takes to attain her goals (no matter what the cost, even if it's anyones life) while still being very patient, charismatic and deceptively intelligient. Like President Coin, her main weapon is Propaganda. (Though with Coin having nuclear weaponry too, she's infact incharge of homeworld's military weaponry and system as well.) That's why at first people will thinks she's as great as a diamond could be. But she's the most evil and power-hungry of all.

Well i like all options, yet i got in my head imagine of White appearance being more androgynous than other diamonds, witch make diamond look mysterious. About personality i imagine diamond with Galactus charakter, but unlike him white is in mostly time in dream sleep state and wake up when situation with gems are dangerous and is mostly silent and also gesturing, because white voice is powerfull and preety scary - i imagine WD with double mixed male and female voice, because why not see gem with more male elements.

My guess is that each of the diamonds is gonna have a 'gimmick'. Yellow=fighting stuff, Blue=feeling stuff, Pink=questioning stuff. Because of this, the most 'different' from the other three would be White=watching stuff. My guess for what she looks like is either flawless or very flawed. If it's the first then my guess is she watches with disdain for all that is lesser (maybe she is looking for one who is worthy and only when she finds them will she actually take to action) and if it's the second then she is probably gonna be similar to your first concept in terms of personality.
