Oh oh I’ve had a pain in the back of my right side head as well as all these symptoms you explained the pathway n going out the head I’m wondering if that pain is part of the flow out of my head I hope this exercises helps me get back to normal any advice. Or other videos ?

Thanks for your comment/question. I’m glad you are getting relief from this exercise. I suggest doing at least 12 slow sets to open the rib cage and spine. This will help enhance the energy flow through the torso and facilitate deeper breathing. All of this will help you self regulate. All the best.

What would you suggest for dizziness?
@StevenWashingtonExperience3 жыл бұрын
I would suggest that you purchase a book called Acupressure's Potent Points: A Guide to Self-care for Common Ailments Book by Michael Reed Gach It’s a brilliant read and I’ve used it for years to help myself and others.
