That was very nice I feel very energized! It is so important for people to follow their own life paths because then it makes it a little easier for the next person to follow theirs. Amen Thank you for that healing flow!

Loved your explanations and the final exercise was awesome! I especially liked hearing your say "sitting is the new smoking!" That will get us all to move our bodies more. Thanks!

Thank you for this. With the knocking on the gates of heaven one I find to follow the movement with my neck /eyes makes me nauseous from the quick back and forth...and or I feel like I’m punching myself and it doesn’t seem right ...I feel like I’m maybe not doing it right ...any suggestions or tips? Is it something one works up to re speed? I love flopping my arms back and forth it feels so freeing but when I start to try to intend for my hands to hit certain spots I get tripped up ...I think my arms are quite long too so maybe it’s more awkward bc I have to bend my wrist /arm to be able to hit the proper points ...hmm any advice I am all ears. Thank you! :)

Jocelynn Rodrigues hello. Thanks for the comment. Try keeping your gaze forward the entire time during the exercise. That should help alleviate the dizziness you’ve experienced previously. Also just focus on your forearms making contact with the low back and waist. You’ll still activate key pressure points. Think of it as a self massage. Hope that helps you. 😊
