I have been trying different exercises practices and even qigong and tai chi videos. There is something about your videos that I love and I’m sticking too. Once I get started it’s done and I don’t know where the times gone. Thank you for this and I really see and appreciate your work.

I have to completely agree with you, I pretty much use yoqi videos every day I love the autumn for opening up the lungs. I am not myself if I don’t get a qigong exercise in so I try my best to do it every day.

Hadn't done this for a long while, and just came back to it. It feels so refreshing. The one movement down & around from left to right, up and back again, felt especially invigorating yet in a calming/centered way at the same time.

Hello Marisa, Thank you for sharing your knowledge and your beautiful energy with us! I have a question that you may be able to answer. I love practicing along with you. I would hate to have to stop so I hope that you will feel free to respond... In your experience, I'm sure you've worked with many people who have aging backs, degeneration and so on. In my case, in the past year or 2, I have had a cervical pinched nerve which mostly affects my right rotator cuff, shoulder and neck. I also have seen orthopedic doctors about pain throughout my back, a slipped disc and history of a herniated disk (from 1996 or so) I have chosen to only go to Physical Therapy and I work daily with the PT's exercises. But I have been told that I should not twist or arch my back. So, I find it challenging to do some of your practices. I CAN do many of them but I am hesitant because of what the PT told me. Still, I don't want to stop Yoqi. Can you give me any advice? Are there any specific practices that I could do using yoqi? I practiced Qigong and yoga for years before I suffered a fall that seemed to knock some things out of place. Thank you again for everything. Many blessings

Your routines are extremely beneficial and easy to follow. I have been doing them for a long time and always feel great at the end. Today has happened one thing that had never happened to me before, this routine has been interrupted several times by different ads. That’s a real shame as by interrupting the routine the effect is not the same. Hope this is only an exception and not the rule with the rest of the routines. I would be sorry if I had to stop doing them.

These exercises are very approachable, thank you so much for posting these videos. I've had problems with my 'Door of Life' since I injured the base of my spine when I was eleven years old, and one of my knees is weak. I'm slowly recovering from burnout so I've been doing the Door of life exercise with care. I would like to do the whole routine, but I need a break just before the Fountain, doing the rest of the video in the afternoon. By the way, my back feels wonderful! Would you have any comments about this, please?

WOW! Just performed the "Qigong for Beginners" routine... Felt waves of heat radiating away from the head and upper body region, followed by perspiration a few seconds after ending the routine. Incredible! But as I'm new to Qigong, I need guidance since there are no practitioners around my neck of the woods to advise what to do once these physical reactions subside... Is this a negative or a positive sensation, should I rest or carry on with another routine...?
