It’s always a good idea to zoom out & reflect on how far you’ve come as opposed to what you feel you haven’t accomplished. True comparing yourself to others is waste of energy we don’t know what others do 24 7 only us social media can be fake especially with fake profiles u don’t know who’s behind keyboard and more distractions if u focus on yourself no distractions because u would be full of regrets if u compare thinking why did I do this

Sometimes comparing yourself to someone else can lead to positive changes in your life. But you can't live your whole life trying to compare to someone else. But if you see someone's success and envy it, compare the effort they are putting in to the effort you put in, and figure out what you can do to get there. It's also easy to forget that people can present their lifestyle as luxurious or exciting, only for you to find out it was all a facade.

In life, most if not all of us will experience a setback or adversity at some point. What’s important is how you respond to it. Learn from it. Continue to keep a positive mindset. Read books or listen to podcasts on personal development. Just consume information that will add value to your life. We can’t change the past but we have the ability to create our future.
