This workout flowed really well. I always use heavy weights, but I found that I didn't have to rest as long between sets, which was great. Love getting done faster!

Great workout this morning. I got great news from my doctor yesterday. Bone density test showed good results. It's the first time I have had improvement since I have been on this journey with Osteo. I owe it all to you PJ!

I’ve heard these are very good. How’s your diet? Are you only doing PJ’s workouts? I’m 63yrs. I appreciate hearing your protocol as something you are doing is working hooray!!! Thank you Diana

Lots of women sharing what they are doing and many ideas and things done are shared. You may want to consider it; that is where I heard about strontium supplement as an alternative to calcium ( which can calcify in the arteries.) Best of luck, we will be in touch in the soon. Diana

Did this with a friend a week ago, and her request this week was for weights with you again please. You won her over with just ONE workout (and maybe a little nudging from me. I'm 61 (that looks SO weird!) but no stranger to lifting. Many younger KZbinrs either yell at the camera with gushing excitement or work with NO verbal cues at all - so we're forced to keep an eye on the screen, which isn't the best for one's form. Your style is absolutely refreshingly adult - you strike a great balance with cheerful cues and form pointers - and a bit of side-banter too. Thankyou.

Completed this an hour or so ago. I really needed to decompress as I'm stressed about my trip to England tomorrow (never been away for as long as we have planned). The workout calmed my nerves and put me back on track emotionally. I always love PJ's humor and I seem to always find my self answering her! (Wish you could hear me!) I even upped the weights as I was not "struggling" enough. (I hear you loud and clear!) I'll be back to working out with you all in September!

The mobility tabata was amazing! It felt so good. The entire workout is epic. Pj, I also have indoor shoes that I wear just for your workouts 😉 This was just what I needed today. Sometimes exerting yourself and seeing your physical strength reminds you how mentally strong you are, too.

Thanks PJ! I used 9kg for chest press and believed can use 8kg for three point row as well. I used 7kg for crossover lunge and arm squat, 6 kg for bicep curl, 4 kg for lateral raise and triceps extension.

What an awesome session! This was my first full body strength workout with weights for a few weeks, as been away on holiday and doing body weight workouts. These are my favourite workouts, traditional, uncomplicated strength routines at a good pace so you can go heavy with the weights. Really really enjoyed this one, thank you PJ, think I’m gonna be feeling this one tomorrow 😂 Love the indoor shoes! I have them too… my mum recently told me she has an indoor bucket which I found hilarious 😂

When I saw this video was 41 minutes, I almost didn't push play, but boy, am I glad I did. It went by so quickly, I was amazed! I liked how you mixed up the Tabata with the strength exercises. Thanks PJ! I used 10kg for the squat, but can only used 5-6kg for the press. 10kg for chest press and 8kg for curtsy lunge; 10kg for row and 6kg for curl; and 4kg for the last round, which I need to take rest in between! I burnt 220kal for the past 58mins

Awesome workout! I really like that mobility drill with the heels on the weights. For me it's tight hips that can limit my mobility in those deep squats, but even if I elevate my heels just a little bit I can get much deeper. Looking forward to September's challenge!

I love your workouts because you really focus on our problem areas, forever my favorite trainer. Question, I decided to switch up my routine and did some skips maybe about 200 on Sunday and my calf muscles are still sore, did I over do it?

I had just switched to a lower weight dumbbell because my grip was getting tired and then you told us yur knuckle story- Holy cow! Boy did I feel like wimp- haha Loved the mobility tabata by the way!

I questioned my sanity 😜 but wonders of wonders, I was able to up my weights for many of the exercises. My arms are buzzing and it feels great! Ohh, I have triceps! Thanks, PJ!❤

Great workout! I really challenged myself with 15# for those first two moves and was making some funny noises near the end 😂 I love me a good strength workout 💪
