I really love these follow along sessions using timer, rather than the normal sessions that mentioning just the repetition alone! Hope you go for these guided sessions! ❤

Recently been getting a lot of neck/shoulder pains and headache. I'm going to try this to see if this helps. Thank you so much for this video. Maybe the only thing i could comment is to show the exercise first before starting the timer cause by the time i could understand how to do the exercise, timer is already 40secs left 😅

the invention of the pause button and the rewind option was made about 50-60 years ago (probably longer). You can use this option on KZbin. It's pretty easy.
@lsl25104 ай бұрын
@Mike-xj5gj Lol of course i know the pause and rewind button exists and that is what i have been doing for this video to follow along but its inconvenient to have to rewind again especially when you're already laying down in the position and you need to get up just to rewind everytime. This was just a constructive feedback NOT a negative comment to put anyone down so if your comment was meant as sarcasm, i really don't appreciate it.

I enjoy all of your videos and find them extremely helpful. I particularly like the follow along exercises. Would live a tab on your KZbin channel display all follow along exercises in one menu. I practice your neck and shoulder exercise videos and they’ve been extremely helpful in alleviating my neck pain! Thanks 😊

😍you were missed ✨🙏🏻✨ I have had 20 years pinched nerve pain. Two surgeries and two titanic- I’m grateful I’m living and walking-what happens to us daily debilitating chronic pain. ( my surgery retired after surgery - left me confused what’s next for me )🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻any suggestions will appreciate it. Or if anyone else has long term pinched nerve pain…

I'm so sorry to hear about your pains, @marinafossey3129! Unfortunately it's hard for me to make any recommendations without knowing more details. In it's simplest nature - pain-free stretching to alleviate tightness and postural strengthening for better support. My recommendation to you would be to find a local PT who can give you advice and recommendations based on your specific needs. I hope these things help you, and thanks for commenting!

Hey Dr Jared, thanks for this! Great content as always. Quick question, how important do you think the relationship of the trapezius muscles are in neck pain/tension? Would love your take on their relationship with neck mobility and pain.

Hi Dr. Jared. I have been having neck pain for about 6 months. I was in a car accident about 40 years ago. I am now 60 my neck was injured badly back then but over the years it’s been better. I have lifted weights for about 20 years that has helped a lot, but I just can’t seem to get over this neck pain I’ve had in my right upper side. I went to the chiropractor for months then I started a new chiropractor who did things differently. She uses more like a gun but after 14 visits I still I’m not any better. My biggest complaint is I don’t call it dizziness it’s more my balances off and it’s been I think ever since the neck really flared up, do you think this unbalanced feeling can be coming from the neck? Starting to scare me that maybe I have MS or something else. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you
@toneandtighten4 ай бұрын
I'm sorry to hear about your pains, @debdroessler5199! If you've been in for 14 chiro visits and are feeling zero improvement I would personally start to consider a different option. Have you tried physical therapy? I would maybe go in for a consult with a local PT just to see what kind of treatment they recommend for you instead. I hope it helps you! Thanks for commenting.
