This is such a great video - just did this twice -morning then after lunch - I chose this because I was low energy but something is better than nothing and after I did this , I was able to get motivated enough to do a 30 minute yoga session ❤really appreciate this - just what I needed after recovering from knee surgery now 5 months later ❤

I really appreciate how this routine makes me feel. The instructions are simple and easy to follow so I need not to look at the screen all the time. I just listen to the instructions and occasionally glance at the video to check if I’m doing it correctly. Thank you so much for this! ☺️
