This is such a great video - just did this twice -morning then after lunch - I chose this because I was low energy but something is better than nothing and after I did this , I was able to get motivated enough to do a 30 minute yoga session ❤really appreciate this - just what I needed after recovering from knee surgery now 5 months later ❤

I really appreciate how this routine makes me feel. The instructions are simple and easy to follow so I need not to look at the screen all the time. I just listen to the instructions and occasionally glance at the video to check if I’m doing it correctly. Thank you so much for this! ☺️

I couldn't straighten out my legs as well as her, my first time doing this. She's definitely more flexible than I.

I just wanted to say thank you. I want to feel better in my body but all those videos always made me feel awful and were too complicated. I just did this and feel much better in my body. Thank you :)

If you have a mar thatd be better but if not just do it on the floor, if not do it on the bed
