Stephanie you need to get Amaury to make a fine mesh screen for the kitchen doors, that way you can have the doors open to the fresh air but it would keep the flies etc out and also the bird life!!

I’d like to know the psychology of why I love this vlog and all these people so much. Even from the beginning when it was just Stephanie running around like crazy taking care of everything by herself and more so now with a chateau full of friends and family. You all bring me such joy and laughter. Only the Queen and her Jubilee would make me miss visiting LaLande while I’m there 😆. And I seriously had to debate the wisdom of that decision 😆

Steph, please cut the flowers off the hostas for the first couple of years to send the energy back to the root, which will make a better and bigger plant. Flowers take a lot of energy from the plant.
