My husband and I just got theses 6 vitamins today as a desperate effort to get my glucose under contol. In the past two weeks my sugar averages 337. My last HgbA1c in March 2022 was 9.4. My new PCP doctor in March said he needs help because I am allergic to most medicines he would perscibe including: Metformin, Invokana, Trulicity, Teujeo, I take a total of 1100 mg of gabapentin for diabetic neuropathy. He refuse to see me until I see a Endocrinologist (no insurance for many month) and I understand. Amazingly my kidneys are ok, but I do have bilateral cataracts. Im tired all the time and mentally sluggish. I feel like the dead that lives. My husband has been following you for time. Right now... I have more to lose by not trying this. Prayers and Fingers crossed for me. Im sick and tired of being sick and tired.

If you are allergic to oral medication then you need to use insulin unless you can control with diet and exercise and lifestyle changes.

I hope you can get that blood glucose under control. Have you tried the ketogenic diet? I’m a total sugar addicted, but after the keto diet got rid of the cravings. Also, apple cider vinegar half hour before eating, cinnamon, and exercise. Walking is great. Lifting weights builds muscle for the glucose to go into….away from blood stream. I’m going to start lifting myself.
do lots of excercise and give up all carbs and sugars ( blood sugar have to come down - if there is no sugar coming in )

Hey Dr. Ergin. Another Physician recommended taking Benfotiamine to repair and restore nerve damage in the inner ear. He said that millions of people are suffering from TENNITIS ... "Ringing in the ears" and may have high blood sugar causing the nerve damage. In 2010, my Primary Care Physician said I was borderline diabetic. I didn't adhere and in March of 2011, I went from normal hearing to "Severe Debilitating Tennitis" for 6 months before it started to regress. Although I changed my lifestyle to include healthy diet and exercise I still have Tennitis 24/7, but much lower in severity. I added Benfotiamine to my diet 3 weeks ago and my Tennitis has almost turned off. My nerves are being healed and restored back to health! THANK YOU for this video.

@@ninijohn8211 Hey Nini John, I purchased my Benfotiamine at Sprouts Market ... the brand is Country Life; 60 Vegan capsules. One capsule has 150mg of Benfotiamine and 50mg of Thiamine (B¹). Bottle recommends 1 Capsule 2X's Daily, which is what I have been doing now for 23 days; May 7th - June 2nd, 2022 (1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner). However, at the recommendation of Dr. Eric Berg (KZbin Channel Physician), I took 2 Capsules with breakfast and 2 with dinner for 15 days (April 1 - 15th, 2022), then stopped completely until I started again on the May 7th date. Go to KZbin and search for Dr. Eric Berg, "Ringing in the ears." My ringing as of today, June 2nd, 2022, has practically "stopped." Good luck.

I eat 2 full meals without alot of carbs. A lot of veggie intake and some fruit before 2pm . Nothing consumed after 4pm. Modified Mediterranean Diet, olive oil , low intake of beef and chicken. Low intake of grains. No intake of the nightshade family of veggie or fruit. Seems like a lot to remember, but when you start to see and feel the results, it is worth the effort. Blessings

Hey brother, don’t ever apologize for upselling your goods and services because what that does is 2 fold: 1) it provides your viewers an an important avenue to step up and act immediately upon the important info you just provided us so we can act NOW to improve our health, otherwise, most will just procrastinate , and 2) this is a fantastic way and at a good time in the video to remind your viewers that they can both meet their needs through your high quality products and also uh help you cover your needs (operating costs and expenses grow your channel for themselves, you, but also for future viewers that might benefit from this service as much as we have. So don’t ever apologize for the business side of what you’re offering. I wish I could schedule an appointment to come see you but I’m in Colorado so thanks to people that donate or purchase your goods, I can have the 2nd best thing to an appointment which is to follow you here and to have the benefit of watching your videos to learn all I can now that I am having to face the reality of fighting and defeating Type II diabetes on a daily basis now. Some people just wants to do the right thing not becuz of his grace but simply it’s the humane in us. I've found since my diagnosis of T2 diabetes in 2005 NON of my courses or Diabetic nurses have ever touched on vitamins or minerals for diabetic treatments. Hence, my T2 has never improved since then. I'm not on insulin either. BUT recently I have been on a strict liver reducing diet, lost about a stone and my numbers, which I'm testing about 4 times a day, have dropped significantly to 6.2 -7.5 OF a morning and during the day. I get looked at as if I'm talking a load of rubbish too. In fact some of the diabetic nurses haven't heard of some treatment by vitamins and minerals. I'm going to give my nurse you youtube link and ask her to check you out. Thank you Ahmet , you are just what I needed in my life. Take care yourself.

I've been taking a good quality stabilized R-alpha lipoic acid for years and more recently at about 600 mg daily. I've been taking BENFOTIAMINE, or some other form of B1 (more recently from Objective Nutrients company) for even longer. Some of the other forms of thiamine are complexed with either methylated or non-methylated b vitamins. The one vitamin I tried but discontinued was acetyl-L-carnitine. I'm also taking magtein-type magnesium, recommended to take with thiamine, and also D3+K2 with, at least, every meal.

Thank you SO MUCH for this information! I on my own have taken Alpha Lipoic Acid because of my diabetic neuropathy pain (just from doing research of my own) and have as well taken B vitamins with the knowledge that they help with neuropathy pain and as well I take Vitamin D (prescribed, due to deficiency) - but I am thanking you, because it is so disheartening that my doctor(s), my general practitioner as well as my endocrinologist never have ever suggested these supplements, for my pain, and that I had to find out about them on my own. I imagine those who suffer like me, that don't necessarily have the know how to look up such things, and continue to suffer because their doctors are too selfish to tell them the truth about utilizing these types of supplements to help ease the pain of neuropathy. So I thank you for being honest and giving this information to those who really need it.

Thank you. You explained this very well, which is more than I can say for pretty much anything I've read or been told by others. I have degrees in math, science, and engineering and have no difficulty understanding medical explanations, but too many doctors and other professionals leave out way too much information, leaving me with more questions than they answer. Good job.

I do take all those vitamins. I was wondering though why the Dr. Would ask me if I am still taking my vitamin B12 I didn't know being a diabetic depletes vitamin B12. Thank you for all this information I know I'm on the right track. My doctor did lower my diabetic medicine because I was diagnosed as having pancreatitis so I have to take creon three times a day because I was losing a whole lot of weight. My body wasn't getting any nutrients even though I took my daily vitamins faithfully everyday. Now I'm trying to gain weight. God bless you and your family and thank you so much for your videos they have really been very helpful for me. 🙏🤗♥️🌹

Many people have prediabetes some or most of the time. I probably had it all my life. BUT my peripheral neuropathy was NOT caused by that, but definitely by chronic B12 deficiency for 3 years, which almost killed me twice, but thank heavens, the supplements I take including ALA and methylB12 super high dose are allowing me to control and cure horrible conditions. I also consume much less sugar and carbs than I did, so that's also good. But being so obsessed with lowering my blood sugar to below 90 is not worth it anymore. 👏
