I absolutely love cardio, core & mobility mid-week. Especially for us who do 5 days in a row with the weekend “off.” It’s nice to have a day where we don’t have to use our forearms & grip strength so much! 😅💪💕

Good one. I’m exhausted today. Busy busy week. Water park with grandkids, baseball game, helping a friend move. I didn’t want to workout today. Thank you. Glad it wasn’t a crazy one today- I have a mudrun tomorrow. Nervous but excited.

I didn’t even know how badly I needed this workout! During the towel slams when you said slam down negativity and pick up joy, my entire mindset shifted and I found myself truly slamming the towel and remembering all of the things I have to be so grateful for. Thank you for not only the wonderful workouts but also words of encouragement!❤️

Lindsey and Rachel I have been working out with you almost a year and a half postpartum and I just want to thank you for all the incredible workouts and the work you put into them! I always come back to your programs knowing I’ll get everything I need and more-strength training, tips, mobility, warm ups/cool downs, laughs and motivation. I love these workouts and I feel stronger everytime I do them! It is currently 5:30 am here and I just finished this workout with my toddler still asleep!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! Also I really loved that move with the lunge and twists, it was exactly what my body needed after a night of co sleeping 🤍

I love, love, love that you have built in standing options throughout this series - I'm still building my wrists back from surgery, and it's wonderful not to have to skip over things or patch together pieces of different workouts. I'm starting to see some of the weight I gained while less active finally coming off and getting back up to heavier weights

Round 2 Day 8 is complete. This was difficult but I found myself having more mobility this time around. I can definitely see improvement with my stamina as well. This program is working for me, yet I still see a lot of room for improvement within myself. Thank you for this 10 day program!❤

This program has been great! The core workouts in this one haven't been my favorite, personally. I'm not sure why...I think maybe because I couldn't do what Lindsey was doing sometimes, but Rachel's modification was too easy. So I wasn't sure what to do. Still love the program though, it's been a great challenge for me!

I really love your workouts! Love the variety of exercises and the time is perfect for busy moms or just anyone that is busy! I always squeeze in a workout after work before getting my kids from the bus and 30 minutes or less (or maybe even 35) is just enough time to do it. oh and I'm moving up in weights too!

I love this build program! I have about 3 1/2 months before a special occasion and my goal is to have my arm/shoulders/back and abs "tone (or kinda) toned" 😊 Thanks for all of these workouts!!! (I am following Rachel on most of the exercises do to knee issues and/or age and can't get up and down from floor as easily.

Just finished this workout and boy was it good! Might be the first time I did one of your workouts and not hit the pause button (learning that I don’t have keep your pace)!! This was so good and it really was a total body workout, but absolutely felt my core! Just an fyi, every time I do one of your workouts, I put it as a hiit workout on my Apple Watch…😂❤😂❤. I cannot think of a single workout of yours that was not hear pumping…lol. Loving this format for a 30 minute workout!!!

I love the hip mobility! Woke up feeling less sore than I thought and then we did the squat jacks 😅Really enjoyed this workout though! I love the mountain climbers and the down dog push up dumbbell drag. I’ve been loving everything about this program.

I like yesterdays ladder with the staggered squats, I liked the plank pull through and push ups the least because I’m still working on my core after babies and I find it hard to focus on holding on the core. I think it’s hard to say because sometimes the moves I dislike the most are likely the ones I need to work on, so I try to embrace them all. I loved the jump forward and bear crawl, I was surprised how far I could jump forward. ❤🎉

I really enjoy your stretches they are creative. This was the easiest workout of the series, including the buyout and the burnout. The transitions seemed a little long today. Thank you for the shorter but intense workouts.

This workout was a little more interrupted for me than normal (I couldn't do it during my little one's nap like I normally do so all 3 kiddos were with me while I was doing it!) but I got it done with a few extra pauses!

It would be cool if at the beginning you told us what to set our workout at - hiit, functional, weight lifting etc… I always do functional strength training not sure if that is appropriate 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔😅😃

Will this Summer Challenge be safe for 1st Trimester? I've been working out with you for years now since I was my pregnant with my first - now 5.5 years old - and finally felt I got so much stronger after two babies and 2.5 years of break from being pregnant. Now I'm pregnant again but I want to keep getting stronger!
