@starrcotton8686 ACTUALLY, I would like to see what was eaten to get the scale back moving.. A lot of us have stalling going on so a video showing how long of a fast was done, then how she broke the fast and how the macros where on the day she ate would be helpful. I think the visuals is what she was asking

I started Wegovy shots 1 month ago and I’m only on the lowest dose. It’s easy to find out the medical issues one needs to have to qualify for insurance to cover it. You can do Keto at the same time. It normalizes appetite and something called Food Noise. Once goal is reached, a low maintenance dose is given but less often. While losing, the shot is self-administered weekly. You would likely qualify for insurance bc of your documented struggle with obesity. If you ALSO have anything like high-ish Blood Glucose, PCOS, ovarian cyst(s), sleep apnea, knee/back/hip pain, all the better to qualify with. BCBS Caremark mail-order rx was able to send me 1 month of .25, 1 month of .50 and 1 month of 1.0 with about a 7 day wait.

When you have no knowledge about how to lose weight and maintenance then one should turn to drugs to get the job done. Pitiful!!!
@amandaathanas40279 ай бұрын
@@davidadcock3382: Watch Oprah Winfrey’s 1 HR special on these GLP-1 Agonist prescriptions - FREE ON KZbin. See Oprah at her wt loss goal, finally. Her guests were doctors/scientists responsible for the development of the drugs. They’ve been working on them the past 20 years. They explained that all humans have GLP-1 in their system, but not everyone has the same amount. Those with enough GLP-1 have slower gastric (stomach) emptying after they eat and feel satiated. Those with less GLP-1 have some background noise in their head called Food Noise, sabotaging all their efforts. It is not a personal failing. Their body simply doesn’t produce the normal amount of GLP-1. The shots contain a GLP-1 Agonist, boosting their supply, enabling them to get rid of Food Noise, have slowed gastric emptying, and feel satiated for more hours after eating so that they lose weight effortlessly and actually reach their goal. They go on a maintenance dose for LIFE. If they don’t, they will regain the weight - not bc they have no willpower but bc their body is not able to make a normal level of GLP-1. The Shame Days are over with this research.
@davidadcock33829 ай бұрын
I know all about it and also watched the Oprah special and I will repeat it again for you, When you have no knowledge about how to lose weight and maintenance then one should turn to drugs to get the job done. Pitiful!!! Drugs are not the answer for weight loss or for muscle gain. In fact drugs only mask health issues in many instances and the the real cure is in good nutrition. Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food. Your body can not make all the things it needs if it can NOT absorb the nutrition it needs!!! Farmers have learned this years and years ago to keep their animals healthy that need good nutrition full of healthy minerals. I have lived my life terribly obese for fifty years before learning how to easily lose the weight and keep it off and now at 74 living the life I only could think about before. I started almost the same time Jess did and have watched her from the beginning. Using Drugs for weight loss is NOT the answer. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!@@amandaathanas4027
