I'm thinking about doing something like these vlogs for powerlifting. I feel like there's not enough powerlifting vloggers in the style of Sam Sulek.

You have an enviable ability to really cinch in that upright position when pulling sumo. Can't quite seem to get there myself; pity us angledbros!

To be fair most gym equipment at the local gyms are terrible. I would love to make a better one but the gym market is pretty saturated and people just want a cheap monthly amount which means sub par equipment.

This was obviously very easy for you, may I ask why training cycles tend start almost overly easy as opposed to more moderate. Is the beginning phase an extrapolation of the desired intensity increase that occurs from the middle of the cycle until the end?

Injury prevention. Your body needs easy times if you want to continue training year-on-year-on-year for the next 35 years of your life and stay healthy.

Yeah that's right. Getting to the top takes a lot of time and consistent effort. Any injury will set you back a long way so there is a balance to strike
