Today's this video's anniversary, which means I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week without fail, for 1 year straight! I still can't do some of the exercises in their full version, but I made a massive improvement. I can do things I wasn't even close to doing a year ago, like the chaturanga hold for 20 seconds (compared to zero seconds when I started) and the side plank with a straight arm for 20 seconds (I do the rest on my forearm). The goal is not to be perfect, it's to always improve yourself - and this workout is a great way to do it! Thank you guys :)

Unfortunatelly youtube doesnt have double like button!!! I thought pulse #1 was challenging, but I didnt count in this video!! Epic music at the last chaturanga hold to inspire and to push more through the last 40”. Congrats Guys! Expecting you to Greece... there are several amazing places to visit here!!!! NV

this was an experiment with HIIT classes, but we won't do more. only yoga practices.

Once you fall into a regular pattern it is easy to get complacent and self satisfied. These short routines are a great wake up call to break out and grow. תודה רבה (big thanks)

I am completely exhauted and dripping swet. Very happy to be going through my second round of Pulse program. I am also enjoying the morning workout and Expand meditation program. I also want to thank you guys for the recommendation of the 5am. I am part of Club since 2 months already now. Reading the book for second time. Take care! Namaste!

Thanks @Breathe and Flow for helping me to integrate more movement into my routine. I developed it as a habit to perform at least the pulse programm daily, sometimes with another micro workout of you in addition in the morning, and I feel so much better now! With how good I feel everytime I complete one of your routines, I'm tempted to just stop going to the gym and just make this a full time practice. Even though I do this regularly.

This is such a great daily short and available practice that really helps me get off my but (working from home...) even on my "resting days" from cardio-training. When you cannot feel your arms you know that the effort is making a difference! Huge thanks from Sweden!

The final music for the chaturanga hold exercise definitely gave me a boost, I felt like a superhero!! You guys are a genius for this, it helped me become mentally tougher as I finish the workout wow 👏🏽

I don't know if you know, but now these videos are interrupted by an ad in the middle. Love the channel and love these videos. But an ad in the middle absolutely ruins them. I've commented the same on the others I tried to use again to work out but had the same problem. Hope this is a glitch. Keep up the good work and good vibes x
