Today's this video's anniversary, which means I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week without fail, for 1 year straight! I still can't do some of the exercises in their full version, but I made a massive improvement. I can do things I wasn't even close to doing a year ago, like the chaturanga hold for 20 seconds (compared to zero seconds when I started) and the side plank with a straight arm for 20 seconds (I do the rest on my forearm). The goal is not to be perfect, it's to always improve yourself - and this workout is a great way to do it! Thank you guys :)

This is such a great daily short and available practice that really helps me get off my but (working from home...) even on my "resting days" from cardio-training. When you cannot feel your arms you know that the effort is making a difference! Huge thanks from Sweden!

I don't know if you know, but now these videos are interrupted by an ad in the middle. Love the channel and love these videos. But an ad in the middle absolutely ruins them.
