Thing is Ormond is a GREAT guards mount. He doesn’t shift and fidget. He stands calmly and looks fabulous. He just demands his space. He’s fine with people as long as they’re out of his bubble. The incredibly irritating thing is the idiots who get too close, he bites at them, and they go straight BACK!!! MULTIPLE TIMES!!! I mean WTH??? It really works him up too.

I too love the nippy horses. Because maybe they are getting as fed up with the idiot tourists. Oh, my goodness, I'm sorry. I wish the guards would yell because it frustrates the heck out of us. They should and do deserve more respect than these sometimes really awful idiots .
@tanniswmckinnon857411 ай бұрын
I absolutely agree with your thoughts on how a few nips would keep them back. Not to be rude to anyone, but unless you were raised after the late 70's early 80's. You will unfortunately find a mass majority have or are lacking any manners, that include respect to other's who put thier life in line for thier country, especially any form of the ranks. Being a military "Brat", along with a whole family line of those in service for thier Country, you would never Dare to disrespect anyone of any origin, color, or gender, without that thing in the back of your mind. Going off and saying too you, better hope your parents do not find out what you have done. In my case it would be, hope my English Lady Grandmother ( 5ft flat) never found out what I did. Never afraid of my Huge Father, just the short woman in our family. LOL I think that is what is missing in some people now says, the fear of the 5ft tall mother, or grandmother.😊

Nice to see, and nice to see Ormond without a mouthful of tourist for once 😆 That service dog appears to be wearing a full harness. She may well be training him as just like the horses, the dogs need to be exposed to as many things, crowds, other animals, noises etc as possible. service dogs can be trained to assist with lots of different conditions….it’s impossible to say from just looking. Speaking of which, the dog is just fascinated by the gatesman doing his little march up and down…..his little head is photobombing your footage of him lol. All Guards & Horses look amazing in their uniforms especially in the glorious sunshine. The service dog is wearing a special harness, the handle allows for the dog & handler to be close to each other for communication guidance & safety as they move around. When a service dog is wearing a harness never touch them as they are working. Could be a medical service dog for someone who has a heart problem or another medical condition. Don’t be shy to enquire politely as most are happy to explain their service dogs to make people aware. There’s actually 2 service dogs standing there.
