I couldn't fine my smaller weights, and only had 10 lbs ones. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to do it, but I surprised myself. I can't wait to get stronger! Here's to taking in the positive, and throwing away the negative!

This is a great workout. I didn't get to the gym due to getting kids and hubby ready for their days. So I only had 30 mins before I had to logon to work. This fit right in and I had time to spare before I had to start. I already shared it on my social media to encourage others. You go girl! Let's keep getting fit!

Day 2 from the 21 Days Challenge. Feeling good ;P I didnt have such heavy weights so I used 2.2lbs haha. Im 16 years old, weigh 112lbs and I am 5.34 feet small and I burned 130 calories so far. Excited for tomorrow :D

My arms are actually quick to get toned . But.. due to a few extra pounds my arms have gotten big, and kind of flabby . So I need to lose a lil weight before I start lifting . I don't want to add muscle to the size that my arms are now .
