Would be fantastic if Stan would get on the Joe Rogan podcast, who would like to see that? Would be a very broad audience and Stan is certainly a character to behold and on such a high level at what he does.

Great seminar. I always repeat the question from the students when I teach a class. It helps in 2 areas. First, I confirm that I answer the correct question. Second, I’m facing the group and have the mic so everyone hears me.

Incredible information for freeeeee!!! I wonder if Stan has read 'Deep nutrition'? His philosophy is highly correlated with Kate's book, and indeed the Weston Price philosophy in general. The difference here, however, is that he embodies and exemplifies the vigour that most of us seek. Since watching this I have gone back to my old ways of a gallon of milk a day coupled with steak mince and rice...the mad thing for me is that I was 18 stone ripped when i used to do that, yet somehow got brainwashed by 'experts' to drop milk altogether, and cut red meat down to once a week (Dropping to a lean 16 stones at one point!). Thanks for the slap in the face wake up call Rhino :-)

Random Question, but if anyones got some 2 cents let me know Im 202lbs, 21 yrs old, 6ft2 and I strength train (For about a year now) Why is it that every time I eat, I get extremely bloated in the stomach to the point where it looks like I'm fucking pregnant. Any time I'm full, its constant bloating. Im not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but its very annoying wearing a tighter top, fitting it perfectly, then grabbing a dinner and just having to suck in your stomach all night because of this bloating. I don't over eat, so I'm not sure whats the cause. Also, I do eat fairly clean. My version of a cheat meal is just a chocolate granola bar.

When I was on a pee protein powder with high sodium (4%). I started looking like a freaking zombie in the face fairly quickly. Gray and like a farmer had plowed my face. I mean I literally looked like I was going to die within a year. I got a lot better when I stopped but it did do permanent damage. My face aged like crazy. I was below 5 grams/day from the protein powder + regular diet.

What does Stan says about sleep time? How many hours? Does he gives a recommendation?
@Hanuman_6 жыл бұрын
Its all gonna depend on the individual some people will need more than others. i actually asked stan about sleep, he said he just used to write down when he went to sleep and when he woke up. that doesnt necessarily tell you how long you slept but it does give you a number that you can average out over time and pay attention to. He also said he recorded how many times he peed too.
@joshpretty27096 жыл бұрын
Tiger Crooks He talks alot about sleep in the first episode of this seminar its ok his youtube channel. Basically what he said was sleep within your circadian rythym (10pm - 6am) ish and get around 7-8 hours of quality deep sleep in the right conditions (pitch black room etc)
