Get the best supps ➡️ rysesupps.com | Use my code “Davis” at checkout for 15% off 🙌🏼 Supplements are merely the cherry on top 🍒 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING replaces the following: which are CHIEFLY responsible for “looking” how you want to look. 1) Training properly on a great plan with HIGH effort (Like my program on my Training App) > www.myliftfitness.com/training-app 2) Eating properly 3) Sleeping enough Don’t think that supplements are THE answer to changing how you look. They are not. They can be an augmentation to an already great set of habits that you have in place (the ones I listed above) MASTER THOSE FIRST. Understand this is merely a list of what I use & and not a list of what YOU should take. I just want to provide you with an idea of what someone like me (who takes their training/diet as seriously as possible) takes in terms of supplements/vitamins/minerals. This isn’t to say that there are not other great supps out there, but these are what I currently use. Do your own research & consult your physician. _________________________________________ SUPPLEMENTS LIST: * Vitamin D: good for immune health, bones & potentially hormones * Vitamin C: used to make collagen (forms body tissues) can aid healing overall The RYSE Supps * Sunny D Pre Workout: Helps focus, energy, and can help blood flow (sometimes I’ll add a pump supplement to this like the Ryse pump caps) * Creatine Monohydrate: Boosts gym performance * Protein Powder: some say it’s a food, some say it’s a supplement- I don’t really care. I use it in great tasting recipes to fill in the gaps of what I don’t get from meat, eggs etc. My favorite flavor is the cinnamon toast 🤤 Buy those here code: Davis for 15% off 👉🏼 rysesupps.com/collections/supplements * Beetroot Powder: Supports endurance * Zinc: Immune system, healing, can support hormones * Magnesium: Can support muscle, nerves, energy production & hormones * Fish Oil: (omega 3’s) cardio health (lungs, heart, blood vessels etc.) * Hawaiian Spirulina: has vitamins A, K, B12, and some antioxidants. I put this stuff into the “who knows how well this works, but it can’t hurt” category. Beware - it tastes kinda gross _________________________________________ Come train WITH me on my Training App 📲 Access my own personal weekly training schedule w/ Videos, Cues, Sets, Reps, Direct Messaging + More. Workouts updated weekly. All levels of experience welcome. Check it out! 👉🏼 www.myliftfitness.com/training-app This is actually my own app that I personally operate. My goal is to continue to make this the absolute highest quality Training available anywhere. I take the guess work out of it...all you have to do is show up

I was honestly thinking about all these things, assuming most people don’t know that Mr. Diley isnt recommending anything, just talking about personal experience. This is a very comprehensive follow up to what is effectively bite sized content that does not allow one to give complete advice due to the nature of the medium. It’s very refreshing seeing an honest person through social media. Good Job Mr. Diley. Thank you.

There have been recent studies showing that creatine is considerably more effective when taken directly AFTER a workout and dissolved in water with a pinch of refined sugar. Use slightly warmer water to help it dissolve quicker.

I got out of high school (2015) at 160 lbs and over 7 going on 8 years was able to get up to 200 lbs. I’ve never counted my diet but have been using protein powder for post workout and creatine for the majority of that time, nothing else. There is no secret to this shit gents, just know it’s a looooong journey and make sure you’re pushing yourself harder than last time.

For all the young dudes watching this: I have been lifting for 20 yrs and I remember being obsessed with making sure I had my protein powder and pre workout and any other fad product. Now I lift and get my nutrients from eating properly and the money saved!

Exactly this! People forget that these supplements are meant to be used only when you fail to meet your nutritional goals normally. As long as you are having a balanced meal, and not following most of these BS diets, then you should be fine. I personally only use creatine, and protein powder if I couldnt eat meat that day. Thats all you need.

Antioxidant supplements blunt the exercise adaptations of vo2 max and muscle hypertrophy in your system before or after training, best to take it 16 hours away from training. So basically your workouts are a waste of time if you take vitamin A, E, C, NAC or resveratrol… Lots of pub med study’s on it and KZbin videos from scientists, but antioxidants from foods actually improved muscle growth and improved cardio adaptation.
