Thanks so much for your feedback!Very encouraging !I too needed to get in shape !My hips and lower back were so stiff that it affected my mobility! I was one stiff and out of shape mess 😬!!!!I have endured this pain for over 1 year !So when I saw Meredith Shirk present and explain the One &Done program ,she convinced me and I signed up !I have been doing her One &Done workout on KZbin daily and it is one week that I started doing these exercises!I ❤️ her workouts ! I really ❤️that the exercises are intense but for short intervals 😬!You really feel the burn when you are doing them but it doesn’t go for 20 reps !After doing Mere’s One &Done (total ,abdominal,thigh ,inner thigh )workouts on KZbin I can already see a difference on my body !My abds are tighter ,my hip and lower back pain has significantly decreased and my mobility is no longer impaired 👍🏻😊😁!I find I look trimmer than before !My only complaint is that on the Svelte site all the exercises (warmup ,workout and cool down )are all on separate videos which means you have to stop in between your workouts therefore it doesn’t flow like on her KZbin videos ! Is there a way to stream them as One workout ?Any suggestions ?Thanks again for sharing !Looking forward to your latest update 😊

It is a great program, high quality, but still requires a holistic approach to drop weight and get healthy.

Thanks for this recommendation, Ive been needing to start working out again. Im trying the Svelte One and done today!

Cindy -- how is your one and done journey going? I had to stop unfortunately due to my autoimmune conditions flaring, but I found another great program that I'm using until I can get back to one and done. Be Well

I am sorry for the delay, I didn't see this question. I am using Get Autoimmune Strong. It is designed for folks like us with exercise intolerance issues. It is amazing, I have several videos on it on the channel. I'm waiting for level 6 to get published!

Martha Lynn - yes, I’d be curious if there are other fees later on. I too love how she shares her knowledge, she is easy to listen to. I’m glad to hear you’re liking it. I’m ready to invest in it. Thanks for sharing your experience.

There are no additional fees once you get your membership. I had to change to another work out program -- Get Autoimmune Strong kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6PMYndoaM2MnrM -- to build up my exercise tolerance first. I hope to get back to this in a month or two. I would love to hear how you enjoy it and your results.

I will be redoing this program soon and will post the pictures. 2 weeks was too short for me to see any physical results.

Guidepost to Wellness Health Coaching why did you have to switch programs? What was your reason for not continuing with the “One and Done”?

Pitty Love I have a couple of autoimmune diseases and I have to build up my exercise tolerance very slowly or I flare and cannot work out. Even the beginner level of one and done was too hard on my body so I have been doing Get Autoimmune Strong which is designed for folks with exercise intolerance. I am getting stronger and plan to start One and Done again hopefully in October.

I just had my thyroid removed due to goiters pressing on esophagus. I’m on meds now and feel I’m gaining weight. Any advice???
