I know this channel is mostly for workout videos (and I kind of hope that always stays the focus) but if there was some content checking in on these runners after they run their races that would be dope. Would love to see Raneri and Butler and all the folks talk about their races in retrospect.

I think their podcast does that - they had Parker Stinson recently after his Boston race.

I am 47, male. I just did a track workout this morning - 7 x 600m, 1:59 avg. These women are running very well! I do not think I could keep up with them. But I would be close.

@@kudzanaichiwara9140 Oh man how I would love to have some training partners. But very difficult to find later in life. These women would be awesome to train with.

No disrespect meant by this but a genuine question: how is it that some, (or really a good portion) of trainers, are very out of shape themselves? Granted, I understand that they're not the ones running the races, but still confounding. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Sri Lankans and Ethiopians have same blood line. They look the same. Same genetic chains. but huge difference in their performance because of diet differences.
