Hi Sharo, 這款蛋糕不是已經紅兩年多了,最近又紅回來嗎?其實它的做法跟一般奶油蛋糕一樣,只是烤一大片海綿蛋糕,用小圓切模來切成多片4吋大小的蛋糕,然後奶油抹面塗好,再移駕到事先裁好的烘焙紙,然後再移到保麗龍的便當盒裡,我覺得之前的日式草莓蛋糕很適合耶,尺寸也接近。 食譜在這裡:kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGGskoqdbrWlo68 😊
