That reminded me of grade school, when we used to do Jump Rope for Heart. I didn't have a jump rope but that's okay. Just meant I jumped far faster than I would if I had one, as I am quite the clutz. Thanks again for all you do, this was fun! Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone

Adding jump rope into my everyday routine, and I loved this so much. I get bored easily, so I especially appreciated the different variations because I didn't get bored. Sweating quite a bit and feel the burn in my calves- these are my favourite types of workouts. New subscriber!

Crushed it! Oh my goodness... So I have had a leather jump rope for 3.5 year and only used it a couple times. This was a real challenge for me but I am proud of myself that I did not quit. Now I know I need to work more with the rope to improve my coordination, speed and agility. Messed up more than not hahahaha but did not quit!

I loved the jump rope workout. I bought my jump rope at Target this weekend. The jump rope I bought was All In Motion for $5.99. You can also do the workout without a jump rope. I felt like a kid again during the workout. I hope everyone enjoyed the bonus workout as much as I did.

I couldn't go for my usual morning run so I did this instead. What a blast! It was short and sweet, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even managed some of the more complicated jumping sequences. I"m proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and going for it. I shall be saving this workout for when I need a quick bonus cardio burner.

I've never been a fan of jump rope workouts. Yet, here I am, wiping sweat from my face, after burning over 160 calories without a jump rope....and I really liked this workout. I even ordered a cordless weighted jump rope. Thanks Sydney!!!!! Even if you were to integrate jump rope into a full body workout, I can dig it!!!
