For someone who used to be a cardio junkie and now craves strength training, I have a hard time getting excited for cardio days. But MAN, today's workout was so fun and such a heart pumper, I LOVED it!! Thank you for always pushing me, Sydney! Get it, Squad!

My favorite from the 90s, loved it, at the end I noticed I pinched a nerve while doing the knee twists, I guess I was twisting a little to hard. 😮

I never even contemplated strength training until my 30's. I used to run 10miles a day until a major back injury where high impact was no longer an option for an extended amount of time. Now, doing Sydney's strength training workouts regularly has turned me into a strength training junkie and I am kinda sad when I see cardio only days... at least until I finish the workout and feel amazing :)

We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. kzbin.infoUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

I love this workout. Sydney I hope you incorporate another similar step workout. This is a great rainy day or too hot to walk outside day workout! 🥰 You can push yourself as hard as you can handle with your modifications.

I used to be a cardio stepper way back when. I was actually going to look for a step workout today instead of doing Sydney's workout, but once I saw that she had uploaded this, I was stoked! I LOVED it. I hope she incorporates this kind into her routines. This was exactly what I wanted and needed today. I did have to stop and breathe, but I did not stop and leave!!! Thank you Sydney for everything you do for this community.

I just wana say, sometimes being a better you just means not quitting. 15 min in I almost quit. Instead I got off the bench and went to the floor, and finished! That's still a win and worth celebrating for anyone who feels like they wana quit but don't.

This took me back about 30 years. I loved step class when it was "en vogue". I had a ball doing this one. I didn't so much like the oblique thing at the end but that's about me being uncoordinated. Thanks for the throw back Sydney!!!

I crushed it and no stepper needed! I however did do a lot hopping around 😅 I feel amazing and so proud that I crushed this! Looking back on myself I might have skipped the workout bc I didn’t have a stepper but I didn’t today! Winners make adjustments and I reminded myself of that today!

For anyone that doesn’t have a riser, I used the bottom of my stairs and took my tablet with me, it worked great!

Crushed it! I didn't have a riser or a box but I have stairs so I used the first step as my riser. For lateral movements with riser I added a jump in the middle. I'm sweating like crazy! Loved it. I feel amazing mentally and physically ❤🔥

I crushed this workout! I’m proud of myself because I didn't give up. I had to stop a couple of times because of my right foot. I did part of the workout on my Gold’s Gym riser. I did the other part of the workout on the ground. Please include more of these workouts.

Love the addition of step aerobics! Would love to see more step workouts with more of a variety of step exercises (there’s soo many) so that it’s not so hip flexor dominant! 😊

❤❤❤THANKSGIVING DAY 2024❤❤❤ 290 calories burned! I’m just going to share this: I decided to dedicate 30 minutes of my day to working out with Sydney. Told myself it would have to be a short but sweaty calorie burner to pump up my feel good hormones and set the tone for my day and BOY!!! Was that completely accomplished with this one! I’ve never done a “step” workout before on a riser so this is my first impression and I LOVE it! I am so thankful for this community and mama Sydney! God bless each and everyone of you, your families and all the lives interwoven into your own; today and always! Have a beautiful one guys 😊

I don’t have a step up box like that but I was able to get a super intense workout still. I am sweat drenched and feeling great. My 7 year old did this with me and loved every minute. Thanks Sydney!
