Hi Sydney. Just here to say that I restarted my workouts after a break of 3 weeks. I had been feeling very low coz these three weeks of no exercise were really starting to show. Anyway I am back with a fresh resolve. Your motivation at the end of the workout was something I really needed to hear. Somehow you always know what to say and when to say it. So thank you for that and for being my trainer. And also…my favourite move today was the plank side walks 😊

Squat swing would be my favorite but the whole last set was intense, challenging and amazing!!! I opted to alt knee lifts on the L raises, and it was so good

The 30mins workouts are good for me just now. Weather is very hot and there is reluctance for several reasons. I can convince my mind so far, that 30 mins is not that long, lucky 🎉!

I am a 40 year old mom of 2. I found Sydney 4 years ago and I have never felt better in my body. I've never felt stronger. I never thought I'd be able to do 5 push-ups let alone pushups in a burpee for 3 rounds---but I DID!! I CAN!!!! Thank you, Sydney and Dustin!!!!

Today was a tough day for me. Lot of negative energy, fatigue and low self-esteem but I have decided to give this workout a go because I have a routine and I want to follow it no matter what. Crushed it!! Today everything felt hard and heavy due to my menstrual cycle making her appearance. Here's your reminder that even when things feel hard, just do it! Adjust weight, pause the workout for a second, gather your thoughts, it's always worth it to show up for YOU! I am feeling much better after getting up and moving. Keep up the great work everyone!

What a wonderful start to the new week. And unbelievable, but the month is almost over again. I'm so happy that you Sydney are giving us a way to bring structure and continuity into our lives with these daily workouts. I have found an inner balance and am infinitely grateful that my body is able to do this. I'm so sorry that I don't always manage to put a comment under every video. I have the workout calendar and plan the workouts firmly into my daily routine, unfortunately I don't always have the time to honor it accordingly, so now: Thank you for always being there for us. I appreciate you as a person immensely and look forward to every single video. With every workout, I have the great community in front of my eyes, which gives me strength. YES!!! Progress comes with consistency. This was a fast one. Meaning we kept moving. It was challenging for me to dial my weights fast enough to start the next round on time. I started lighter than my usual and increased throughout. Maybe next time I'll just start heavier. ❤❤❤
