I watched the full version on juji’s channel. What a killer workout. Leg day is my favorite day and when I saw you not be able to keep your legs up on the leg curl at the end made me realize I’ve never smashed my legs that much and I’m slightly jealous.

Watched both Juji's and elitefts video on this and then now to see the aftermath and logic put in is absolutely amazing content. Ive been enjoying your content a lot! Only sad part is all throughout both videos i was just thinking about how even more insane it would have been if John Meadows was there with you , Dave & juji, felt so much of his style of training in this and what Dave created for you guys in combination with his own views on training. So to wake up this morning and opening YT to see about the sad news about John's passing, these videos are pretty much a tribute to John's way of life, and what he gave to people with a huge smile on his face, allways teaching people stuff. Rest in piece John.

Watching this after hitting a PR with my squat at like, 1am. Hit 265lbs, but my spotter thinks I could have definitely hit 275. Started lifting in April and I'm down to 178, and I'm always trying new stuff in the gym after watching you guys. So thanks for the inspiration!

Juji saying that he couldn’t get a pump on GHR was like asking Frieza to use his final form after you were already losing to his second form. I felt Joey’s despair at that moment 😂 the full version had lots of funny moments in it.

I think you seem to have nailed the best ideal vision for wanting it all with your type of training. Meaning the strength of a strongman (without weighing 400 lbs), the physique of a body builder (without super low body fat %), the flexibility of a gymnast (within reason haha) the speed of an Olympic lifter...the best attributes of each discipline combined into a super well-rounded athlete with few compromises or weaknesses! Awesome!
