Thank you, Dan! I used to hate leg days until i found this channel. I used to do 3 sets of 10 of the same exercises but never going for high reps, and this has completely reframed the way i look at leg days! I used to get bored with legs, but you've helped challenge and push me. I can't thank you enough!

After double knee surgery last year, I've dreaded leg day....every leg day. That one was the first leg day in several years that was good. Getting stronger. Thanks for pushing me. 🫡

I've been doing these lower body workouts a few times a week for the past 3 weeks but today halfway through this my right knee is starting to hurt with every movement that bends it what do I do I need to get this workout in but I can tell it's on the verge of being injured help

It's really going to depend on a lot of factors including your height and weight, lifestyle, the effort you give in your workout, etc.. But for a 30 minute dumbbell workout I usually am around 400 calories. Hope that helps.
