I used to do 3 sets of 10 of the same exercises but never going for high reps, and this has completely reframed the way i look at leg days! It's really going to depend on a lot of factors including your height and weight, lifestyle, the effort you give in your workout, etc.. But for a 30 minute dumbbell workout I usually am around 400 calories. Hope that helps.
