The question I have is do you retract back to the squared shoulders after the technique? I think I studied the TG Poomsae once when I was in a WTF dojang for a few months so it isn't my forte. When we did our Pyung Ahns in Chung Do Kwan and Pinans in Okinawan Kenpo, we punch and block with the same rotation and extension, but retract back to squared.

Ah, I think know what you mean, more of a spinal wave, whipping type punch. If I understand you correctly, this type of movement is not employed in WT Taekwondo poomsae.
