I agree, this one was harder then the last two. I replayed this one again for my day 4 and got it this time. This one takes a couple tries for sure. Still a lovely Tai Chi practice 🙌❤️

Definitely escalated! Changing camera angles made it harder for me to get what I was trying to do too. I think the angles will be great once I’ve grasped the move better. Going to slow the playback speed down tomorrow! This may be a 2-weeker rather than a 1-weeker! Loving the course 🙂

You've become a regular part of our office morning "stand up" here in Meridian, Idaho. We do "Tai Chi Tuesday" and having a shorter, five-minute module to work with has been wonderful! We started doing this about a year ago with about ten employees, but as we've grown into a new space and have over 40 now, the whole room is feeling the Taiflow each week! Thanks for the engaging format, soothing background music, and talking through the forms! Cheers from all of us!

I have just read a article about improvements in immune system after doing tai chi. In last few years these benefits of tai chi started to be proven scientifically; so you are on right way, it does not matter when you do it; it matters about what time you get happy in the day if you're gonna do tai chi; everyone is different.
