TAI CHI FOR ENERGY - Intro and Lesson One
GIVE IT A TRY!
Why not start with this first free lesson and see how easy it is to learn from Dr Lam's virtual lesson format. He will guide you through each movement as though you are in his class. You will learn from different angles - with close-ups, repetitions and diagrams.
Throughout the lessons, Dr Lam will explain the tai chi principles and how to use them to improve your tai chi.
At the end of the DVD, Dr Lam demonstrates the entire set with both front and back on views.
A REVITALIZING PROGRAM
This program is comprised of two different tai chi styles, Chen and Sun. Chen is vigorous and complex, integrating fast and slow movements with powerful spiral force. Sun has agile steps, incorporating powerful qigong movements for healing and qi cultivation. By combining the two styles, Dr Lam has created a unique synergy that gives you more energy than the sum of the two. With regular practice and in a relatively short period of time, it will improve your health and wellness, internal energy (qi), and ability to manage stress.

Just a tip for anyone REALLY into learning this. You can click the gear button, click speed and choose a slower or faster speed for practicing purposes. I personally like to do .5 speed so that I can see every nuance of his moves but still be able to follow with him at a decent pace for my current skill. I may chose to slow it down more or speed it up depending on my needs. This is a PC only feature for any of the mobile users, I think. Hope this helps! Namaste!
