Like BlouBear says it's a "kyrkogrim" from Swedish folkore. The kyrkogrim was a living animal that was buried under a church being built, for protection. It looked really scary (no matter hwhat animal it was while alive) and guarded the church/cemetery at night. Spirits from evil people would be disturbed from their graves because they got frightened by the kyrkogrim.

Everyone loves Jeff Star, but his tattoos are plain shit, faded, not really well done. Honestly, the only reason it's recognizable as Audrey Hepburn is because that's based off an iconic photo of her. Also a studio photo of her not one from Breakfast at Tiffany's but that's a whole other thing. It's totally missing the true shape of her nose and the eyebrows are smaller than they are which are two things that totally change Hepburn's unique and iconic beauty to one of mediocrity. It's a shame because the line work and contrast is great but the elements of the face change it so that it literally looks like the reference photo was maybe from someone dressing up as Audrey Hepburn for Halloween.
