I have always been astonished by your calorie requirements in a fat loss phase lol -- I would have such a hard time consistently eating that much to lose and to even gain to go above that has to be rough. -- Also sungold kiwis are the shit.

The foods you're selecting seem like they aren't very satiating, do you plan on changing anything up as you get towards the last 1-2 months of the prep? Or do you feel like that won't make a material difference because towards the end you're going to feel hunger no matter what.
