Great work. The mighty fitness coaches would advice to incorporate arm action/arm/swing. That would increse speed, balance and overall quality movement.

hi i am from dominican republic and i find your exercise really interesting because i can used then with different level of tennis, in my case i work with kids from 6 to 10 years, and they have really help me.

At the first drill its a terrible mistake to do split steps, it causes the bad habit of doing those instead of a crossover step in a real match!
