Checkout these 10 mobility exercises that you should incorporate along side your training. I personally like to do a few of them before my training in the morning to loosen up the body and prepare myself for the day ahead. I have found a lot of personal benefits from doing these exercises and I would highly recommend practicing for about 10 minutes per day. Your body will thank you!
