I have seen one individual who could hang with Mr wheels, and is almost built exactly the same! I love fat grips , ever since I tore my bicep, instead of going back to curling 50’s i just use the fat grips on 30-35s and make sure im hitting my time under tension , perfect form. I believe they recruit more muscle fibers. Lift smarter not harder 🤙 💪 am i right ?
