शहीदा मैं आपका योगा बहूत पसंद करतात हूं. आपका योगा बहूत बरसोंसे देखता हूं और मैं योगा करते रहा हूं क्योंकी मुझे योगा बहूत पसंद है. मैं पहेले जिम जाता था. निवृत्त होने के बाद घरमे सुभे जल्दी उठके योगा करता हूं. मैं अभी बी फिट हूं. आप जब योगा क्लास चालू किया तब याप पतली थी अब बदन जाडा होगयी है. ठीक है उससे योगा क्ल स पर कोई अडसर नहीं होना चाहिए. इतना ख्याल रखना. भगवान आपको लांबी उम्र दे. खुदा हाफीज.
