The best way to remind yourself that you are in fact a good person is to do good acts. Continue to be kind, considerate and give people the benefit of the doubt. You really can’t go wrong being kind. The topic is horrible but people engage with true crime content sometimes for very personal reasons, and that personality goes a long way. @@ayameisastarI agree, but for someone to take the lives of others takes a certain level of selfishness and lack of basic empathy. Most, if not nearly all, serial killers are deeply insecure (from my associates in psychology “expertise” lol) and the struggle between their grandiose sense of self and their shame in feeling inadequate compared to how they believe they should be perceived leads to them seeking out a sense of control where they can to compensate their deep shame. Just my personal thoughts.

IMO, I’ve heard inmates say they’d rather be dead, than having to live the rest of their lives in solitary confinement. Some people think, this is torture, but I look at it like the misery they will have to endure, will give the victim/victims much more justice. This consequence seems more fitting than knowing, this will eventually end. Instead they will never know how many years they will be required to live before this ends.

Is that Maine congressional dude alive? Cause we need to all vote for him for president. Idk who he is or what party he stands for. He's doing it. Idc if he doesn't want to be president (he does). He's doing it. Idc if hes not even alive. Hes doing it. Vote that dude for president and u won't regret it.... Well, Idk u might but still, do it. Its for your country.

When he said "the families don't need to know that" I can see the genuine pain in his face. This guy is remorseful. This is someone who should've gotten parole date instead of a life sentence.
