This is fantastic, you've inspired me to have my own backyard bar gym some day. My only unsolicited advice is to keep your arms ahead of you when squatting instead of on your head, this way your knees stay behind the line of your toes and don't suffer in the long run. Advice from my physical therapist :)

I do something like this except it’s not time but in a circuit fashion all weighted with a dip belt 5 pull-ups 10 dips 15 squats 5 x then do the below 5x 5 chin-ups 10 push-ups 15 squats I’m demolished by the end. Motivated by the murph workout routine & hinge issues due to piriformis syndrome.

I can kill the dips and pushups, but the the pull-ups kill me. I can't seem to increase my reps. Very frustrating.

I did it in 19.57. I am not as strong as I would like to be. At 11 minutes I finished my Pull ups. But I try it again next week and hope I get a slightly better result.

150 squats ... 400 push ups daily :) 25 pull ups... used to do 200 daily until I injured myself extensively. Don't need to do dips or situps as push ups dpne with proper form and diet give you sculptured abs and triceps

Why the exercices for the front chain are 2x of the back chain ones? Wouldn't have madre more sense to divide the 50 pull ups push UPS in different variations, and the doing like 50 squat + 25 glulte bridges and 25 repetitions of a complete ab exercice?

may be gain strenght until you can improve your form? My first pull up was awkard... then I progress until five, then until 10. Still, those pull ups were under less 40 secs of time under tensión. Now, I can do those 10 pulls, sometimes 9 or even 8, BUT in no less of 40 secs (4 secs for each rep) and my next goal is do 12 in 60 secs... If I stick only to perfect form, my prgress would be a lot slower. Also, I think that your form improves from workout to workout...but that only happens if you actually do the work

Actually, If I see my first pull ups and compare them with my actual pull ups, I've improved in them...As you become more stronger, your form improves, your TUT, etc. In the ideal state of the things, you begin with nice form, but in reality your first reps in any exercise, specially if you lived as a sedentary person, are ugly (you don't enough strong, you don't know the movements patterns, etc) . As you gain strenght, you improves. Still, I'm saying that you TRY do the exercise with perfect form, but obviousy you don't get them in that perfect form... but the goal is improve it..

The workout is a good one! But the form he uses here is shit. No chest to bar full ROM pull-ups, 3/4 ROM on both squats and dips, etc.. Valuing volume/duration over form is a prime reason why I am not a big fan of Crossfit.

Dead hang is good obviously. But going only high enough to barely lift your chin over the bar isn't full ROM IMO. Taking your chest to the bar to fully engage your lats is most beneficial. The dips though aren't even going to parallel.

Those are only 1/2 dips come all the way down, much better to use full arm I quit watching after seeing these, I see young girls and old man doing them wright but it seem like the younger men wants to only go half heated at these so they can do high reps . very disappointed in seeing this.
