If it were me trying to secure a force using criminal, I’d have them handcuffed, place them in a cell with the laser barrier and nothing loose and moveable in the room, and secure the control to the barrier out of the room with a combination lock that is outside the prisoners view. And have atleast 2-4 Jedi guarding the outside of the cell while you have noise playing inside the cell to break any kind of concentration on force powers. No chances of escape left open short of outside intervention which even then would have to contend with the Jedi guards who would be no rank less than a knight but preferably masters.

13:14 The thing is, even in Disney canon Darth Maul was captured during the siege of Mandalore. They put him in a special containment box specifically designed to hold force users. It was the last of it's kind the Mandalorians had but you'd think the jedi would have something similar. Im not totally against there being a way to hold jedi (tbh would make sense someone would want to try to restrain them, in the same way people in the DC universe have found ways to imprison kryptonians). You just have to make their powers consistent and thats something disney struggles with sometimes. And it can also depend on the medium. Like in 2003 clone wars i can completely accept the jedi being these near unstoppable forces of nature as its a cartoon. But if the jedi in the movies tried doing those moves it would look abit silly.

I keep on picturing this scene - think of it like a flashback sequence - where Luke steps foot on Coruscant for the first time, him and Leia are standing in the Emperor's throne room at the top of the tower constructed over what was once the Jedi Temple. Luke is searching for clues to lost Jedi tech/texts that Palps kept as trophies or sent away for cataloguing/experiments etc. They both feel the oppressive tension that hangs over the room as they slowly sieve through the Emperor's personal collection. (I love this idea for a scene, and I wish it was used to bring Luke and Leia to this moment, maybe a scene or two, later where they discuss Vader and the mother Leia apparently remembers... I want Luke to go searching for Padme)

Explosions can occur with spacecraft because there is oygen within those spacecraft. They don’t crackle or blow in the wind like the acolyte indicated. There was no oxygen or air leak. It was a malfunctioning gizmo. The acolyte is just very lazy

A Jedi(a real Jedi not Disney's off-brand version) would've immediately intervened in the bar fight instead of allowing a Jedi killer to harm civilians. Like were those random bargoers Trinity's goons? Why does a Jedi need goons?! George Lucas's explosions aren't even a plot hole. There's a planet-sized ship full of breathable air. It will burn in a quick explosion. Do you want to know why Disney is intent on destroying the Jedi? It's to prop up the Rey film. Kathleen is going to rewrite history that the Jedi were failures under George Lucas and Rey will start a new Jedi order of strong wahmen. That's the goal of all this crap. It's a great watch Explosions in space make sense, ships have a contained atmosphere. When the ship goes up, its atmosphere explodes. If it were me trying to secure a force using criminal, I’d have them handcuffed, place them in a cell with the laser barrier and nothing loose and moveable in the room, and secure the control to the barrier out of the room with a combination lock that is outside the prisoners view. And have at least 2-4 Jedi guarding the outside of the cell while you have noise playing inside the cell to break any kind of concentration on force powers. No chances of escape left open short of outside intervention which even then would have to contend with the Jedi guards who would be no rank less than a knight but preferably masters.
