"Show up for yourself" this works way better than any other kind of motivation... I had been delaying my tasks but the moment i heard that sentence it felt like an affirmation like i can do all of it if i just show up... thanku very much

Thank you... I don't know you...or dont even know how this came into my fyp..... But i have been struggling with academics and loneliness lately and its getting really hard for me to even breath ....one way i have my academics stress and other way im alone all day in a room screaming inside getting older day by day without anything....... Its really hard and i have been feeling so suicidal but i know that these problems cant make me do such dishonest to myself...ill rather move somewhere without anyone knowing.... But thank you....my heart is heavy ..

I'm strong...I have been strong my entire life all alone...and I don't complain even being alone ...i started to enjoy my time alone but sometimes it's hard you know....I'm trying my best...and i would've loved to DM you but actually I deleted ig....
