I poured a couple of tablespoons of EVOO on the dough after the initial mixing. Makes the Flip & Fold less sticky and Focaccia loves EVOO. And, your Semolina recipe is GREAT!

I never knew focaccia was so easy! I made this and topped it with garlic, black olives, cherry tomatoes, dried basil, sea salt & pepper, and parmesan. (I ran out of feta or it would've been on there too). It was so good I cried tears of joy as I was eating it. With more olive oil of course.

@@frannielovesfood Doesn't work yet. It's like the yeast doesn't start working. Maybe my watertemperature is a bit too high. Or the salt kills the yeast. I don't know. I followed every step and measured carefully, but the yeast doesn't start producing farts...
@frannielovesfood6 ай бұрын
Yeast can be killed by high water temp as well as not being stored properly. If the yeast is expired or old, it can also not rise 👍🏻
@toineleuverink99056 ай бұрын
@@frannielovesfood I will try again with fresh yeast en perfect temperature water. 💪🏻

I also make a lot of bread. I have multiple Danish Whisks and I highly recommend them. For reliable RISING...I get the best results for bread when using the Plastic CAMBRO Containers. The lid seals well...ensuring the dough rises a bit more or quicker...even. I use the 4 Qt for one loaf and the 6 quart for multiple. I gotta try this recipe. I need it for my Panini adventures.

Your camera threw me because if that wooden thing is the state of NY, it's backwards...lol. I went to look at all 3 of your breads...and saw this: '2 unavailable videos are hidden'. Does that mean you have to s end money to see them? If so, that's...well, let's just say if you can't say something nice......

The hidden videos are probably videos I took down. You’ll never need to send money to see my videos. This is the first bread video I posted. More will be coming 👍🏻

What a lot of fuss…crapola. weighing ,. Scheeeasier to measure imperial…cup. tsp , tbl., etc…scheech
@frannielovesfood2 ай бұрын
Weighing is precise, cups are not. You get inconsistent results with cups.
