Great video Tyler. I have been a TRF fan boy “subscribed lol” for years. May I make some video suggestions……… - A video for newbies on how to use a trolling motor tips and tricks. Guys will laugh… but You would be surprised. - I am a big fan of MasterClass! Can you do a video or videos on locating Bass using with either 2d sonar, side imagery, down imagery, mapping?????? I would love to hear your tips and tricks with livescope too. I see Most guys with livescope struggle to obtain bait orientation. - I wish you offered lake breakdowns or video on how you breakdown a lake your about to fish? Though ideas, conditions, structure, dirty or clear, temps, google earth??? You know going down the rabbit 🐇 hole stuff lol. Again I appreciate all you do and wealth of knowledge you share. I try to share as much content of yours that i can with new anglers and old timers too. If your fishing ponds or the Great Lakes I feel your content is very helpful.

That fish at 8:30, had one do that to my buzz bait this morning. Maybe 5 feet away from me, snatched it right before u pulled it out of the water. They had no interest in the spinner in the wind, but the plopper and buzz got it done. I will probably take off the trailer when I go back out today

I assume you are talking about the trailer soft plastic, not the trailer hook. Never take that hook off

@@TylersReelFishing yeah, I have/had a 3.75 rage swimmer on the back this morning. I don't own any trailer hooks however, but I think I can rig one using a piece of a soft plastic. Spinner baits have been catching fish for me since I was a teenager. Always have one tied on this time of year through pre-spawn

Can you cover windy days based on the seasons though? Like windy days in the winter, I have no idea what to do then. Also I agree, I always use spinners when the water is moving. The flash helps the bass see it better when the water is moving. I use it a lot in small creeks/rivers as well.

You are so right just a couple weeks ago I was fishing in choppy and windy water and I was crushing it one a spinner bait. The cool thing is I made a hybrid spinner bait by purchasing a 1.00 Walmart spinner bait and I took the cheap skirt off it and I put a pearl white fluke on it instead works perfectly and it’s a budget lure😂😂😂 great video I always learn A ton from you

Tyler, I love this video and throwing spinner baits but I've never used a trailer hook. How do I know what hook to use and how do I attach it?

There are special trailer hooks. The eye is larger than normal, so it goes over the barb. Usually they come with a small piece of rubber hose so you just slide a piece over the eye, and then hook it over the spinnerbait hook. Bam.

How do you fish a pressured murky water lake? You can't really throw finesse to get those pressured bass bc its like 8 inches visibility and the bass have a hard time finding it...so if you could give me some tips that would be great

Vibration, is your friend in this case. A bass can find it like a heat seeking missile even if they can't see it. Chartreuse should be your go to color in low visibility situations. With a gold blade. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before touching your lure. I always spray my hands with a anise scent, shad or crawfish scent.

Wind won’t always have the same affect since the water is already moving. Wind would just make the fishing harder above the water. Now, this all depends how hard it’s blowing and how much flow you got. If it’s a super calm river and tons of wind, all this will apply for sure

Hey Tyler! Another great video I have a spinnerbait that I don't really use but now I'm gonna give it a try. An idea for a video would be doing the best Lew's rod and reel vs. the best Shimano or any other popular fishing companies best rod and reel and see which one is better (I think Lew's will win but it would be interesting.)

Weather on the current day doesn’t have much to do with this decision. It’s all about how cold it HAS been. If you are anywhere south of Ohio, a spinnerbait should still be a player
