Met Sam the other night at my local gym. Surprisingly he didn't do something totally irrational or reckless like many have stated before. He simply patted my back and asked if I was doing my cardio. When I said no, he proceeded to bend me over and spank me several times until I shouted: "I'm sorry Daddy Sulek!" Thanks Sam

Earlier today I met Sam outside of the same gym. Of course I panicked and accidentally spilled all my chocolate milk on the pavement. Next thing I saw was him sprinting towards me and giving me a punch so hard I dropped to the ground. Barely conscious I watched in horror as he dropped to his knees and started licking the floor like a protein-deprived animal. He finished, wiped his mouth, grabbed me by the shirt with one hand, and finally finished me off with a powerful kick in the abs. Thank you for this moment Sam.

It seems like yesterday when Sam scolded me. We met at the meat counter in the supermarket. He stared at me with anger and felt that I had sinned. I haven't done any cardio in the last month. He gave me an uppercut and broke my cheekbone. As I lay on the floor he continued to beat me. The last thing I noticed before I passed out was the smell of his freshly washed hair. I will never skip cardio again. thank you Sam

One day at the outdoor gym parking lot, I was finishing up my workout when I noticed a crowd gathering nearby. Curiosity got the better of me, and I walked over to see what was happening. To my surprise, I saw San Sulek, known for his intense training and impressive physique, engaging with fans and flexing for some pictures. The energy was electric, and everyone was buzzing with excitement. Feeling bold, I approached him and asked if I could take a picture together. He agreed, flashing that trademark grin. As we posed, I jokingly challenged him to a friendly spar, not expecting him to take it seriously. To my shock, he playfully punched me in the arm with a surprising amount of force. It felt like getting hit by a ton of bricks, and I stumbled back, half-laughing and half-incredulous at the sheer power behind it. The crowd erupted in laughter, and I felt both exhilarated and slightly embarrassed. San gave me a pat on the back and said, “You’ve got to toughen up!” I couldn't help but admire his charisma and strength. Afterward, I spent a few moments chatting with him, sharing workout tips and discussing training routines. That day not only left me with a story to tell but also inspired me to push my limits in the gym even further.

Met Sam the other night. There I was at the gym hitting back when the man himself walked in. We made eye contact, and I immediately hit my next set. He walked over and we had a little yap session, when I casually threw in, “Yeah, been doing my cardio daily too” Sam raised an eyebrow and glanced at the treadmill behind me. It was covered in dust, likely hadn’t moved since the Bush administration. He looked back at me and said “You sure about that, buddy?” My heart rate instantly skyrocketed-not from cardio, but from the sheer look of disapproval he had on his face. He patted me on the shoulder and said, “Cardio’s important, man. Even if it’s just running from your lies.” I started seeing red after he patted my shoulder. I looked in the mirror and my entire body was the most pumped it had ever been. My rear delts and hamstrings tripled in size. I don’t remember how, but I ended up running on the treadmill for what felt like 30 minutes, but in reality, was 24 hours. I had played close to 500 matches of Clash Royale, which I never played previous to the interaction. I was immediately rushed to the hospital due to the gym staff finding me on the floor next to the treadmill. Thanks for getting me on my shit Sam. I’ll never forget it.
